Factor Vlll Antibody Screen is a qualitative solid enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) designed to detect IgG antibodies reactive with recombinant human factor Vlll (FVlll) in human serum and plasma.
- Detects low titre antibodies to human FVIII
- Excellent sensitivity (co-positivity), specificity (co-negativity), and overall agreement when compared to the gold standard, Bethesda Assay
- Fast and efficient way to screen out Bethesda negative samples
- Detects relevant non-inhibitory antibodies thought to increase FVIII clearance
